Isso pode aumentar a frequ\u00eancia de apneia de quem ja tem apneia obstrutiva do sono, piorando a qualidade de vida.\u00a0<\/p><h4>5. A noite fa\u00e7a refei\u00e7\u00f5es leves. N\u00e3o durma em jejum.<\/h4><h4>6. Tente criar rituais relaxantes antes de dormir.\u00a0<\/h4><p>Musica tranquila, alongamento, sexo pode ser uma op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h4>7. Transforme o ambiente do seu quarto em um local agrad\u00e1vel para dormir sem luminosidade, sem ru\u00eddo e com temperatura adequada.<\/h4><h4>8- Evite tv e eletr\u00f4nicos ( notebook, celular, tablet, celular ) no quarto. N\u00e3o fique checando mensagens pr\u00f3ximo ao hor\u00e1rio de dormir.<\/h4><p>Medicamentos so devem ser indicados por prescri\u00e7\u00e3o medico e com o seu profissional. \u00a0O Sono \u00e9 dividido em duas <b>fases<\/b>: NREM e REM.
